Based in Northamptonshire, I offer calm and supportive time to talk where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. Together, we can explore what feels most important to you, and you don’t have to face it alone. Sessions are available in a tranquil countryside therapy room, online from home, or as walk-and-talk therapy outdoors.
Many people come to therapy when experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, or relationship challenges. Counselling offers room to slow down, explore who you are, and feel clearer about the choices you want to make. Together, we can talk things through at your own pace, explore your feelings, build confidence, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Grounded in a person-centred and trauma-informed way of working, I work with people experiencing bereavement, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Whether you’re making sense of the past, adapting to change, or taking time to pause and reflect, I can integrate creative and CBT methods within talking therapy.
